Yes! Fruits and vegetables that are rich in antioxidants are good for you in general. Yellow and orange fruits and vegetables such as carrots and oranges are an excellent source of Vitamin A, vitamin E, zinc and a host of other helpful ingredients which are necessary for healthy eyesight.




Dog Question Mark Do dogs see differently than people?

Yes. Here are a few of the differences:
  • dogs see fewer colors on the spectrum than people can
  • dogs see much better in the dark than people do
  • dogs have much less ability to focus their eyes

Computer Question MarkDoes looking at a computer screen hurt my eyesight?
There is no evidence found to suggest that the act of looking at a video monitor damages eyesight. However, you may very well experience problems if you are seeing blurred text, bad contrast, uncomfortable angles and distances, or glare. Science GlassesWill wearing eyeglasses make me smarter?
If you can't read your text books, or see the blackboard in class because you need glasses, then yes, wearing eyeglasses will make you smarter. You will suddenly be able to see the world of information you have been missing.
